Engaging Orthodoxy: The Unchanging Gospel in an Ever-Changing Culture

Orthodoxy is on the cusp of a major theological renaissance in the 21st century. Join North Park University in the inaugural event in this speaker’s series, designed to explore Orthodox theology as a vital religious force in American life and thought.

In his lecture, Metropolitan Kallistos Ware will present an Eastern Orthodox understanding of the Gospel, and offer practical guidance on how local churches may keep it clear and central for each generation. Three respondents will offer thoughts and reflections, moderated by Dr. Bradley Nassif. The event will include a time for audience Q&A.

Steven Christoforou, from the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese video series, “Be the Bee”, will be lead this wonderful retreat!
